Here's how it's gone so far

Before ProDent was a company, it was one practice being turned around. These numbers come from that work — and from the clients we've done it for since.

The flagship story

The practice that started it all

Kathim started as a dental assistant in a newly purchased practice. Within a year he was managing it, after teaching himself Google Ads and digital marketing at the front desk. After the first acquisition, he partnered with his brother to open three more practices in only a few years, then went on to open tens of dental practice startups successfully.

First 12 months

The starting point: a newly purchased, single-location practice running on inherited systems — and everything that comes with that.

Twelve months later it was a systemized, busy office. The front desk ran on scripts and scheduling rules, the ads were tracked to the dollar, and claims went out clean and got followed up. The way that year worked became the way ProDent works.

What we changed

  • Rebuilt the front desk — call scripts, scheduling rules, and real follow-up, so a missed call no longer meant a lost patient.
  • Launched Google Ads & local SEO — Kathim taught himself ads at the front desk and tracked every dollar of spend.
  • Put the SOPs in writing so the same things happened the same way whether the owner was in the room or not.
  • Cleaned up billing & verification — unpaid and under-coded claims were quietly costing the practice, so we chased them down.
